Watershed Management
The State Level Nodal Agency (SLNA) for Watershed Management, Manipur, under the Planning Department, is dedicated to conserving and restoring the state’s natural resources — soil, water, and vegetation — to ensure a healthier environment and stronger rural livelihoods.
Registered under the Manipur Societies Registration Act, 1989 (Reg. No. 426/M/SR/2010), SLNA serves as the principal implementing body for watershed and springshed management projects across Manipur.
